Avoid regularly:
- Sugar
- Seed oils
- Processed food
- Garlic, onion
Notes:
- Be calm whilst eating, never stressed. Especially when intaking meat and fats.
- Chew food properly
- Do not "overeat"
- Water fasting as a method of cleaning the gut, mental clarity, "Hunter survival mode". Is this all just ketosis?
- Some intuitions/feelings: meat and fats feel best to eat after good physical workout
